Enrollment Options

There are two ways that you can enroll in the MassMutual 403(b) plan.

Option 1: The week after you recieve your first check, you can call MassMutual at 1-800-74-FLASH and elect a percentage or flat dollar amount to come out of your check. MassMutual will automatically set up the deduction in payroll which you should see by your next check or the check after depending on the timing of your call. Please note that if you work at multiple locations, the amount you elect will come out of ALL locations at which you work.

Option 2: Do nothing and you will be auto enrolled at 3% beginning on your third or fourth paycheck (depending on timing). The auto enrollment ONLY applies to benefit eligible employees. All other employees that wish to participate in the plan will need to call MassMutual as stated above.
