Share Plan Information

The Share Plan provides:

  • Employer contributions in the form of a quarterly deposit into your 403(b) account.
  • The contribution is based on Gross Earnings (not Salary) - either a fixed percentage or age-weighted percentage based on hire date.
The Share Plan contributions will be made into your 403(b) account. If you currently do not have a 403(b) account (if you have not been contributing to this plan), an account will be opened for you. Share Plan contributions are first invested in a default fund, which can be moved by the employee at any time. You are NOT required to contribute to the 403(b) to receive this contribution. You must be benefits eligible to receive the Share Plan contributions.
